Special Gown Order 

Payment in FULL is required before all orders are placed, if layaway is available the remaining balance must be paid within 60 days of original purchase date and will incur additional layway/payment plan fees. If layaway is available belle bridal is required to keep a credit card on file and has authorization to run card per the agreement made.  

Measuring is required in store by a belle bridal staff member. The measurements taken are not used for custom measurement of dress but used to find the closest size per the designers current measurement chart. Some alterations may be required to ensure the desired fit. Most women fit in between sizes and so a seamstress will be required to adjust the final fittings for the desired fit.

In the event that measurements are called in via phone or sent by email in which they are not done by a staff member of belle bridal, Belle bridal will not be held liable for the items fitting correctly as we are following current size charts proved vs the measurements we are provided. If you change sizes from the date measured and ordered belle bridal will not be held liable for changes during the ordering timeline. 

Alterations may be required and usually needed on the gown. Belle Bridal does not guarantee what can or can not be done to a gown to match your vision, this is and will be deemed by a professional seamstress. Belle Bridal will provide educated information of what can or can not be done in alterations but you will need to consult with a professional seamstress to provide guarantee of services as we may not understand your vision. 

Merchandise is to be paid for IN FULL before the gown arrives in store as well as before any custom fittings are started or before the merchandise leaves the store.

All items at Belle Bridal are all sale final- no return, no exchange. Once the item has left the premises of the store belle bridal is not held liable for the item. 

After 30 days of merchandise arrival date if the item is not picked up, a $25 per month interest rate will accrue unless storage was pre-paid upon purchase.

In the unfortunate event of a cancelled wedding, we require payment in full on all merchandise. If this unfortunate event happens, merchandise must be removed from the store within 30 days otherwize will be deemed abandoned.

Belle Bridal will not be responsible for any merchandise left longer than six months past the wear date. This merchandise will be considered abandoned and will become the property of Belle Bridal. In the event of a change of wedding date belle bridal must be informed and will not be liable for abandoned items if the new date was never communicated. Also if a wedding date gets moved closer than originally planned or communicated and affects the shipping of item Belle Bridal will not be held liable for item not arriving on time.  Belle bridal is not responsible for changes in wedding date. If a change has been made, belle bridal is to be notified immediately otherwise we hold no responsibility in shipping issues due to change. 


Sample Sale/ Stock Gown

I realize that I have purchased a stock gown from belle bridal. I realize my gown may have imperfections as it has been a floor sample and is not in new condition. I recognize all sample or sale gowns are sold AS - IS. Belle bridal is not responsible for any spots, blemishes, flaws, rips, loose threads, beading issues or imperfections. We are not responsible for any spots or blemishes on these gowns as they are in used/sample condition. Belle Bridal is not responsible for any cleaning or alteration fees. Those are optional and subject to other vendors' rates besides belle bridal. 

I have looked over my gown and the condition of it on the day of purchase is what I am agreeing to purchase. 

If I choose to send my dress to be cleaned I realize that any makeup staines could yellow and alter the fabric. I understand that any problems that may arise during the dry cleaning process are my own responsibility and not the responsibility of Belle Bridal. I understand my dress is final sale and I release Belle Bridal from any above stated defects.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our merchandise. Merchandise is to be paid in full before leaving the store. 

In the unfortunate event of a canceled wedding we require payment in full on all merchandise. In the unfortunate event that this happens the merchandise must be picked up within 30 days of notification. 

Belle Bridal is not responsible for items here longer than 6 months past the wear date. The merchandise will be considered abandoned and the property of belle bridal.


 Tuxedo/ Suit Rental Agreement

PAYMENT IN FULL is required prior to suits/tux being ordered. Once an order is placed it CANNOT be cancelled. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on our merchandise. This includes items that have not left the store premises. 

In the event that measurements are not done in person at Belle Bridal and are sent in from outside sources, Belle bridal holds no liability for incorrect ordering. The cost of replacement items due to incorrect measuring or mis information will be the responsibility of the customer. This is to include the shipping to get items on time.

In regards to suit/tux rentals, all groups need to be paid and ordered a minimum of 30 days in advance of event to ensure sizing and style availability. Belle Bridal is not held liable if sizes and/or styles are unavailable with last minute orders under the 30 day cutoff. If you choose to continue the order despite the limitations. you are acknowledging with last minute ordering may result in ill fitting items and or will require a change in style to find adequate size.

Once a suit/ tux arrives in store we do require a try on in store to guarantee fit. If you choose not to, you have until noon the next business day to notify us of sizing changes or adjustments otherwise belle bridal is not liable for sizing changes due to the time frame of the event. Belle bridal will do everything within reason to accommodate last minute changes but can not guarantee replacement if under 48 hrs of event. In the event of a sizing change needed you are able to bring to a seamstress to adjust at your own cost, This must be a removable stitch due to this being a rental suit.

If belle bridal is not notified of problems with rental prior to the event, we will not be liable for any refund or credit as we offer solutions for replacement if tried on in store and or 48 hrs prior to event. After such time belle bridal is not liable for ill fitting or non fitting items.

Belle Bridal will not be held liable for damages done to pieces of the suit or tux once it leaves the store. There will be a non refundable damage deposit on every tux order. This is to cover spills and stains but does not cover major damages such as rips, tears and or lost or stolen items. Those will be charged to the card on file at full replacement cost. 

In the unfortunate event of a canceled wedding, the full payment will not be refunded, If the item has not shipped you can credit the purchase to a future use but no refund will be given after the initial order has been placed. If the order has been shipped then you are responsible for the rental and no credits or refunds will be given.

All rentals are to be returned the next business day (Monday following event date) unless there is another agreement with Belle Bridal. All suits and tuxedos are a Thursday - Monday rental. Any days above this are subject to additional charges. If tuxes and/or suites are not returned by the next business day and no prior agreements or arrangements have been documented or agreed there will be a $30 late charge per day until they are returned. This will be charged to the card on file.

Belle Bridals guarantees the original suit/tux rental per original measurements given to arrive the Thursday prior to the event. If a replacement is required, belle bridal will do everything possible to ensure delivery of item but holds no liability of ups/fedex delays out of human control. Dependent on when the information is received about a needed replacement will affect delivery of replacement item and might arrive on event date if not notified in timely manor.

The contract will be signed by the customer, groom, or paying party and will cover the entire wedding / event party.
